Named after the Scottish location for the Fishley Holland Pottery in the 1970s and ‘80s, the Oxnam bowl is part of a new range of beautiful, functional tableware. 

Designed for those who delight in the tactile nature of handmade pottery, this porcelain bowl goes through five different processes once it’s been thrown and turned. Before being fired, it’s dipped in oatmeal glaze. Once fired it’s then brushed with white glaze. When the glaze is dry, the linear pattern is incised on the interior and exterior before it’s fired one more time.

An elegant addition to a calming and peaceful breakfast table, its subtle, natural glazing mean the throwing rings are still visible in the base. The perfect size for breakfast porridge or a comforting bowl of lunchtime soup, it feels beautiful in the hand, too.

Turned with a small foot, making it light and functional - the base is unglazed and features our unique Fishley Holland maker’s stamp.

Mix with some of our other ceramic plates and bowls or pair it with the rest of our Oxnam range. A matching side plate and dinner plate are also available to pre-order.

Don’t you just love coming home to a room filled with the faintly lingering scent of natural incense? Burning incense as part of your daily ritual is made all the more joyful with our gorgeous new handmade ceramic incense holder.

Thrown in white porcelain, the Flora has a delicate scalloped edge and is glazed in smooth coral. Three different sizes of holes in the dome means it’s perfect for any width of incense stick.

It’s an elegant little object, and fits like a tiny floral dream on mantelpieces, storage cupboards, shelves. I keep mine on display, nestled amongst vintage brass candlesticks, picture frames and bowls of flowers.

Burning incense is know to aid meditation and relaxation, and even improve focus. I like to light some in the morning and have it burning on my desk as I’m working.

Use our Harvest ceramic flower frog, alone or placed inside our Oxnam porcelain bowl, or opt for a small Niwaki kenzan flower pin inside the bowl for more minimal arrangements. Simply fill the ceramic flower frog with water when using fresh flowers.

You’ll also receive a packet of Nigella papillosa “Delft Blue” seeds from the lovely Higgledy Garden. These delicate little beauties (pictured) are named after Delftware pottery and have mottled silvery grey and blue petals, a deep aubergine “bee” and gorgeous feathery foliage. They’re easy to grow, too and can been sown straight into beds and borders.

As a keen gardener and flower lover, I designed this set to delight those who love to grow, cut and get creative with flowers. A really useful and versatile set, it can be used all year round, with dried flowers, grasses and slender branches coming into play in the cooler months.

The Hilda candle holder is approx 10 cm in diameter, and comes with two 1.5 cm diameter taper candles that burn for approximately two hours.

The colours of the matchboxes and the flowers in the posy will vary , but I you can rest assured that I always choose colours that work in perfect harmony with one another.

Bring a pop of colour to your dining table with our new reversible fabric table mats. Sewn by me in my East Sussex studio, these soft and versatile mats are made with two types of Indian block print cotton, edged with Liberty Tana Lawn and filled with cotton wadding.

Finished with a subtle frill, you can style them up or down depending on the occasion, and vary your look using the reverse side. I like to throw them on my pine table on a Sunday morning to brighten up a lazy brunch.

In a nod to the expressive brushmarks on this elegant, handled vase being reminiscent of rolling waves, the Seaford porcelain vase is named after my favourite spot to sit and watch the ebb and flow. of the sea’s tide.

Dipped in our signature chalky white glaze and decorated with blue painterly brush strokes, no two vases are the same.

These porcelain flower frogs are perfect for minimal, ikebana inspired floral arrangements. A great alternative to traditional vases for arranging and presenting flowers, slender branches and grasses, they also work well when placed inside our co-ordinating porcelain bowl. Simply fill the frog with water and insert your favourite seasonal stems. Available in oatmeal, coral or matt black glazed porcelain.

Bring cottagecore vibes to your home with our new, vintage-inspired patchwork cushion. Capturing the nostalgia of a bygone era, this pretty cushion is made using the same English piecing technique used in the patchwork quilts my mum made in the 1970s.

The hexagon shapes are then hand appliquéd on to the cushion front. Constructed using Liberty Tana Lawn fabrics and a soft double muslin, finished with an understated frill and a zip fastening.

Style the cushion on an armchair for a bold pop of colour, or combine with some of the other patterned cushions in our range for a truly eclectic look.

Favourites on the weekend breakfast table in our house, this simple and elegant egg cup is hand thrown in porcelain and glazed in our signature smooth chalky white glaze. The Fishley Holland Pottery stamp is attached at the base of each one.

A bundle of four light blue slim taper candles that fit perfectly into our Hilda and Maude white porcelain candle holders.

Style alone or try mixing up the colours for a more playful look on your table. I like to light a single one with my weekend breakfast during the dark winter mornings. Elegant and subtle, they contrast beautifully with pale pink and buff table linen.

I’ve put these bundles of four together tied in pretty floral Liberty and Indian block print fabrics to make them extra giftable and delightful to receive.

Keep stems fresh by adding water to the flower frog (which can be used alone) or bowl, or add dried flowers and grasses in the cooler months (combining both fresh flowers and grasses can look spectacular!).
