DELIVERY + RETURNS


DELIVERY

Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Courier and will be dispatched within one working day of us receiving your order. Couriers will be used for international deliveries. Import duties will be payable by the customer and may be subject to regulations revisions.

UK deliveries will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s 1st Class service, and should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge to our standard shipping fee. If you have placed an order from any of these locations, we will get in touch to verify the extra shipping cost.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Customs and import taxes may apply for shipments outside of the UK. Customers are liable for these charges which will be calculated and billed to you by the appointed courier. In order to receive your parcel, you must first pay these import charges that apply. Import charges are calculated based on the type of product and the value that has been declared from the customs information supplied by Paper Thin Moon.

 

PACKAGING AND WRAPPING

All products are wrapped in grey tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker and come with a handwritten note on a beautifully printed A6 card. Gift messages can be added - just let us know at checkout what you would like your message to be. During the holiday season, free Christmas gift wrap will also be available to members of our newsletter community. Sign up to subscribe here

We aim to make our packaging is as eco friendly as possible. Our boxes are recyclable double walled cardboard and the protective filling used is paper and/or repurposed paper filler. We have recently switched to recycled and recyclable paper bubble wrap.

 

RETURNS

 If you change your mind about your purchase, that’s absolutely fine. Please return items unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at paperthinmoonch@gmail.com to let us know. A refund for the goods will be issued on the day the return is received. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that you receive a proof of dispatch receipt in case the item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. The buyer will need to cover any import duties that may arise for shipping returned items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

*Our returns period will be extended for Christmas. Any orders placed in November and December 2023 may be returned up until 15th January 2024.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will replace items if they are arrive broken or damaged. Please send a photograph of the damaged item(s) to paperthinmoonch@gmail.com  We will then replace your item or process a refund.


MISSING ITEMS

If something hasn’t arrived, please let us know within ten days of receiving an email letting you know your item was shipped at: paperthinmoonch@gmail.com
